Dear All,

We're recruiting a *Chief Technical Advisor*, a key position for the 
Gola Programme in Sierra Leone. Please circulate this vacancy to your 
networks!

*Overall Purpose Of The Job: *Advise and assist the Protected Area 
Manager in the day-to-day operational and strategic management of the 
Gola Rainforest National Park and its immediate surroundings to ensure 
the successful implementation of the REDD Project.

1.To provide expert advice and guidance to the Protected Area Manager 
and the Technical Advisors for delivery of GRNP's programme as laid out 
in the 5 year Management Plan, ensuring alignment within the overall 
REDD project's targets and objectives;

2.To ensure that  the GRNP's program, including research and 
co-management, agricultural interventions and park operations, 
administration and finance, is effectively implemented and monitored;

3.Provide capacity building in effective natural resources management, 
project management, monitoring and evaluation, and leadership skills to 
GRNP senior management.
