Please distribute to your post grad students.

The eLearning unit are recruiting current Postgraduate Wits Students, on a 6-month part-time basis, to serve as our eLearning support agents from the 1 March 2015.

eLearning support agents are part of our Digital Literacies Project that aims to enable Wits to produce the Tech-savvy graduates. They should have a keen interest and ability in the critical and appropriate uses of technology for learning. Support agents will be responsible for managing, monitoring and resolving all help desk requests for assistance or problem reports from Sakai and TurnItIn users.

Please pass this email on to interested students who are seeking opportunities to supplement their income while pursuing their studies. They will need to:

  1.  Jump right in and use Mozilla Webmaker - https://webmaker.org/ to build a webpage that will introduce them to the unit. They can choose from any of the projects available.
  2.  Send their CV's and URL's of their completed work examples to Liana Meadon or Derek Moore before the 28th Feb 2015.
