<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="color:#1F497D">Qualifications</span></b><span style="color:#1F497D">: Master’s degree in economics,
</span><span lang="EN-GB" style="color:#1F497D">engineering, science (including environmental sciences and agricultural science), business science or finance. A proven track record of excellence is required.</span><span style="color:#1F497D"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span lang="EN-GB" style="color:#1F497D">Experience</span></b><span lang="EN-GB" style="color:#1F497D">: 4 – 5 years’ work experience in the private, public, academic or NGO sectors, with an interest in natural resource management, climate
change, sustainable development and the green economy.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span lang="EN-GB" style="color:#1F497D">Skills</span></b><span lang="EN-GB" style="color:#1F497D">: They will be required to work in the water and climate sectors (practices), and possibly move into energy. They will need to be able
to work inter-disciplinary on institutional arrangements, strategy and financing / economics. They will be required to work domestically and internationally (primarily southern Africa). They will be required to think strategically and draw linkages between
issues and sectors.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
