[Robocup] Robocup Resources

Hi everyone,

I've put links to the robocup3d resources we'll be using on the redmine server. (If you have no idea what I'm talking about, look at Richard's earlier email) Please download and install the server on any machine you want to work on and take a brief look at the open source agents. Also, I will often post things on redmine and won't always send an email out, so check back there frequently (maybe bookmark it).
