[SAHS] #SASH2024: Gentle reminder to register and please pay SAHS conference registration fee

Dear Colleagues

Please can we ask you to kindly complete your conference registration and payment if you have not done so already:


Registration:


  1.  If you are still attending the conference, please register here: https://sahs.org.za/register-for-2024-sahs-conference/. You need to register, even if you have already paid your conference registration fee. Many of you will have paid, but not registered.
  2.  There are very few spaces left for the conference banquet. The SAHS is covering the cost of the banquet, so there is no extra charge, but spaces are limited. We are allocating spaces on a first-registered, first-served basis. We will send out an email confirming your banquet attendance on Friday 14 June.
  3.  If you are not planning to attend the conference, please inform Dr Mark Hackney, copied on this email, mhackney.conference at proton.me<mailto:mhackney.conference at proton.me> as soon as possible. You may also address other queries to Dr Hackney.

Payment:

  1.  If you have paid, but may not have included reference details, please let Dr Mark Hackney (copied on this email: mhackney.conference at proton.me<mailto:mhackney.conference at proton.me>) know and we will update our records. We do have a few payments that were made into our bank account with no reference attached. The iKhokha payments come into our bank account with no references whatsoever. Some of this week's payments may also not yet be reflecting in our bank account.
  2.  International delegates who have made prior arrangements may pay at the conference.
  3.  You can pay here: https://sahs.org.za/tickets-memberships/ or via EFT into our bank account.

Conference delegates from outside South Africa: you can pay using the link on our webpage given above. If this link does not work (it can be a bit temperamental), we will have a credit card machine at the conference itself. If you wish to pay at the conference, please email Dr Hackney. This option is not available for local delegates.
