Dear friends,
I'm very happy to say that the special issue on African capitalism that had
its beginnings at the first meeting of this collaboration in May 2014, has
finally seen the light of day in Economy & Society, 50: 1
<https://www.tandfonline.com/toc/reso20/50/1>. (This may be the longest
gestating special issue in world history.) Thanks to everyone who worked
on this, especially the many whose excellent papers didn't make it into the
final issue.
