Dear all,
We are currently working on isolation and characterisation of Shiga
toxigenic *E.coli, *focusing on the big six and O157:H7. We've been trying
to obtain STEC DNA to use as positive control for PCR assays with the genes
stx1,stx2,eaeA and hlyA and other serogroup-specific genes, with not much
success.
Grateful if anyone could help us.
Thank you
Sunita
